A May wedding is in the works for GLEE superstar, Jane Lynch and her longtime partner Dr. Lara Embry, a psychologist known for her win in a lawsuit against a former partner over their two children. For her triumph, and the Florida court's ruling that Embry "must be given the same rights as any other adoptive parent in Florida," Embry was honored by with the Justice Award by the National Center for Lesbian Rights in May of 2009. This award is given annually to an individual "who has shown the courage and perseverance to fight for justice and sacrificed to make broad social change for the LGBT community." Jane was a presenter at this ceremony.

'Glee's' Chris Colfer: Every time I enter a room 'Single Ladies' comes on
Tags chris colfer, videoWhile I was on the red carpet at FOX's winter press event this week, my right hand (wo)man Marisa Roffman was inside the party informing "Glee"'s Chris Colfer of what's happening with his show.
Chris was already aware that it's been picked up for a second season. But the fact that they're doing an upcoming episode with all original songs was news to him. And he didn't really know about the upcoming "reality special" -- during which FOX will find a few fresh-faced kids to add to the cast -- either.
But why should he? The boy is busy... especially now that he and his co-stars are finally back to work, shooting the second half of "Glee" season one.
"We didn't have much down time with touring and Australia and all the press things I went to," says Colfer in the video below. "But the little down time that we did have drove us insane because we're so used to being busy, so [we're] very glad to be back."
We caught all of the above on tape, so you can watch it go down... though the best part of the clip is that "Single Ladies" -- the anthem of his character Kurt -- starts playing just seconds after we turn the camera on and essentially acts as the soundtrack to our chat with him.

‘Glee’ Stars Dianna Agron and Mark Salling Pay Tribute To Jake Gyllenhaal’s ‘Donnie Darko‘

Being in an artsy-fartsy Glee club on TV is really starting to rub off on these actors! The Glee cast is getting freakier every day — Mark Salling — who plays tough guy Puck on the hit show — and Dianna Agron — who’s the pregnant cheerleader, Quinn — threw on masks and channeled their inner Donnie Darko.
“Just when I thought I couldn’t love Mark more, he put on a bunny mask,” Dianna, 23, wrote on her blog Jan. 25 about the photo. “I’m sure it is clear why I picked this one. Fun day today!”
Sure, we understand the reasoning behind the animal choices (clever, very clever), but why are these two Golden Globe and SAG-award-winning actors dressing up like characters from Jake Gyllenhaal’s 2001 sci-fi cult-classic? That’s still a mystery.
One thing we do know — the Glee kids are making ‘freaky’ cool again.

'Glee' exclusive: Third mystery role revealed!

Earlier this month, Glee creator Ryan Murphy gave me the scoop on two of the three new characters he’s planning to add to the cast in season 2. To recap, those roles are an Eve Harrington-esque rival for Rachel and a gay jock-slash-boyfriend for Kurt.
Well, the time has come for me to exclusively reveal the identity of the third and final Glee newbie…
“The third role is an R&B-singing teen,” Murphy tells me. “A male Mercedes!”
When asked whether the counterparts would duet, ahem, outside the choir room, Murphy teased, “Perhaps.”
Translation: Kurt isn’t the only seemingly celibate Glee character getting a love interest next season!
