. It’s been reported that she will share an onscreen kiss with Matthew Morrison, aka Mr. Schuester.- Despite a LOT of rumors, Adam Lambert will NOT be making an appearance on Glee. Oddly enough, he had originally auditioned for Glee but the casting director told him that he looked too old.
- Jennifer Lopez will play a lunch lady and have a sort of “Susan Boyle” moment.
- Kristin Chenoweth will be reprising her role as April Rhodes in an episode in the back nine.
- Olivia Newton-John will be on the show. She will be singing her hit 1980’s hit, “Physical”, with Jane Lynch.
- We will see Sue Sylvester’s sister with Down Syndrome, Jean (played by Robin Trocki), again! Thank God we’ll also see Becky Jackson, who was played by Lauren Potter. She’s sooo sweet!
- The back nine will have more songs than ever, averaging about 8 or 9 per episode!
- The will be an episode comprised of entirely Madonna songs titled “The Power of Madonna” and I h
ear that it will be an AMAZING episode. The songs are going to be amazing and the production quality unrivaled. See the song list here.- In the Madonna episode, Jane Lynch (who plays Sue Sylvester) will be singing “Vogue“! The entire episode will have approximately 10 songs!
- In the 4th episode, “Bad Reputation“, Rachel and Puck will get back together. Ryan Murphy says this is because of the huge fan reaction to Puchel/Puckleberry in the first 13 episodes.
- Artie and Tina will have some more drama. Jenna Ushkotiwz (who plays Tina Cohen-Chang) says, “After the first 13 episodes, it was left like, ‘What’s going to happen?’ Fans will get a little resolution… The ep
isodes just get better and better.” Got Team Artina!- Quinn will be having her baby at some point in the back nine. Good thing they’re not dragging that plot into Season 2!
- Terri isn’t going down without a fight! She will desperately be trying to win Will back. I’m ok with that because I love Jessalyn Gilsig. Hilarious! Also, Gilsig thinks she’s going to get to do some singing and dancing this season, so look forward to that!
- Do Kurt and Mercedes join the Cheerios? The cast tweeted a video of them goofing off while on set, and it looks like Amber Riley and Chris Colfer are wearing Cheerios uniforms!
- Since football season is over, what will all the jock characters be doing? Basketball! Come basketball season, Finn Hudson will be having more soprts/glee conflicts when he becomes the captain of McKinley’s basketball team.
- Joss Whedon will be directing an upcoming episode of Glee! He’s already directed the now-famous “Once More, With Feeling” Buffy episode, as well as Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog. Plus, he’s a huge fan of Glee, according to Cory Monteith!
- Jonathan Groff (who was in Spring Awakening with Lea and Jenna) will be playing the lead male of Ne
w Directions’ rivals, Vocal Adrenaline. Rumor has it that he’ll be a love interest for Rachel! “He’s a male diva,” Ryan Murphy says. “A miva.”Lastly, these are the titles of the next 4 episodes:
