Poor Kurt Hummel is experiencing some serious growing pains on "Glee" this season.
Ups and downs abound for the kid.
One minute, he's riding high from his new-found Cheerios fame, no longer feeling like a school loser.
Next thing you know, he's pretending to be straight and making out with that dolt Brittany in an effort to bond with his father and be one of the boys.
So what exactly is up?
"He definitely has a lot of self confidence. Or he wants you to think he has a lot of self confidence," Chris Colfer says. "But I think he's just the frail, little high school boy that we all are at some point."
Still, there will continue to be a few highlights happening for Kurt. As Chris reveals in the clip, being a part of the Cheerios is a permanent thing for him and Mercedes this season.
