Mr. Schuester: Loved or Hated?

Entertainment Weekly brings up an argument we never thought we see: Do Gleeks love or hate Mr. Schuester? Come on!

As Annie Barrett of EW writes: "[EW blogger] Kate Ward and I discovered the other day that we both love Glee but cringe whenever 'Schue' pops up — especially if he’s delivering an 'assignment' to his underlings, talking to Emma, or pre-, post-, (or worst of all) mid-rap. And that hair! And his nickname is 'Schue!' We just can’t. Maybe our allegiance to Sue Sylvester is to blame for our non-tolerance, or maybe Will Schuester is just lame." Harsh, Annie. Harsh.

We'll admit his rapping is kinda awful, but he's not that bad. Frankly, we kind of like Mr. Schue in all his gelled-hair glory. He's a bit too earnest, but isn't everyone on Glee? And isn't that part of the charm?
