Katie Holmes On Glee? Denied

Katie Holmes is the latest star to land a guest spot on the hit Fox show, Glee. Mrs. Tom Cruise is reportedly negotiating a deal that will feature her in a five-part guest spot during Glee's second season. The Dawson’s Creek alum is allegedly close with Glee actress, Dianna Agron, who plays cheerleader Quinn Fabray on the hit show. Through Dianna, Katie built a friendship with Glee creator, Ryan Murphy.

The National Enquirer is claiming:
“Katie is finalizing a deal to join the cast for a limited story line next season. Katie’s film career has stalled, and she’s desperately needs a career boost. She’s hoping a stint on Glee will jumpstart her standing in Hollywood.”

Holmes has been taking dance lessons from acclaimed choreographer, Tyce Diorio, three times a week, claims a source. She has also hired a private singing coach.

No Guest Role for Katie Holmes on 'Glee'

Contrary to circulating report, Katie Holmes will not visit the William McKinley High on the upcoming season of "Glee". Representative for the 31-year-old has slammed rumor suggesting that the actress best known as Joey Potter of "Dawson's Creek" is negotiating for a guest role on the hit musical comedy series, simply telling Gossip Cop the story is "not true."

The National Enquirer was the one which brought up in the first place the possibility that the wife of Tom Cruise will be a future guest star on the series. The friendship the Rachel Dawes of "Batman Begins" has with show creator Ryan Murphy as well as cast member Dianna Agron has reportedly led to the talks.

Katie herself will be seen portraying former first lady Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy in the History Channel miniseries "The Kennedys". Having several movies on her sleeves that include "The Romantics" and "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark", she will star opposite Al Pacino and Channing Tatum in "Son of No One".
