You might know Carey Mulligan from her Oscar-nominated role in An Education, but you most likely know her as Shia LaBeouf's girlfriend. Either way though, the Never Let Me Go and Wall Street 2 co-star isn't famous enough to appear on Glee. Can you believe it?
"I want to be in Glee," Mulligan says in the new issue of Vogue (on sale September 14) "but I'm told I'm not famous enough to be a cameo." Oh, boo! Like dating one of the most famous people on earth and already having an Oscar nom by the age of 25 isn't famous enough? Surely Ryan Murphy must be kidding, no?
Alas, it looks like he's not. Maybe someone can start up a Facebook campaign and help give Carey what she really wants.
