It describes someone -- like Cory -- who follows many, many attractive people of the opposite sex on Twitter, tweets them, and posts lots of Twitpics with them.

Just listen to his track record with the ladies: He's following Selena Gomez, his bowling buddy, and Leighton Meester, who stars in the upcoming movie Monte Carlo with Cory and Selena. "After I wrote the song, things sort of fell apart, as things so often do," the 20-year-old songwriter explains. "And I hadn't talked to him in a couple months. And the song came out, and that day, I got an e-mail from him. And I was like, 'Yes!' Because that one was sort of half-confession and half-prediction or projection of what I saw."
