Titled "Never Been Kissed," the sixth episode is going to be packed with some big surprises, new guest stars and some creative mash-up performances. But fans really want to know what is behind the cleverly selected title. The obvious answer is that the show will focus on a new romance for Kurt Hummel (Chris Colfer.) But the young actor has revealed that the title has nothing to do with his character.
Some other theories include an in-depth look at Coach Beiste (Dot Jones). The new football coach has played a limited role since her debut on the first episode, but she will be back with a central story line next week. Reportedly, Coach will discover the glee club kids engaging in some pretty disturbing behavior.
Rachel Berry (Lea Michele) has definitely been kissed on the show, but a spoiler about a game of spin the bottle suggests one possible explanation for the show's title. Rachel will reportedly lock lips with someone other than her boyfriend. Could Rachel be the first kiss for another cast member?

New 'Glee' 2.06 Promo: Chris Colfer Lays Eyes on Darren Criss
Chris Colfer can't take his eyes off Darren Criss on yhe next episode of "Glee". After a previous preview suggested his character Kurt is considering a transfer to another school, a brand new promo from FOX ups the excitement and gives a hint on what might have caught his attention at the school.
Near the end of the sneak peek, Mr. Schuester reveals to the New Directions kids that they are getting a new rival. The footage quickly cuts to offers a glimpse of Darren's gay character Blaine as Kurt checks out new competition, the Dalton Academy Warblers. While Blaine performs a number along with a group of boys, smile grow wider on Kurt's face.
"Never Been Kissed" will air next Tuesday on November 9. After Finn and Sam find an unconventional way of controlling their urges, a few glee club members pick up on the strategy and start using it too. But, the glee club has some explaining to do when Coach Beiste gets wind of what they are up to.
Chris Colfer has told fans to expect something big happening to Kurt in the episode. "It's so big that we had a full meeting about it that we can't say anything. That's never happened before. I will say it's about Kurt," he previously told TV Guide. Still, EW has noted that despite what the title is suggesting, the episode won't see Kurt kissing Blaine.
