Kidding aside, Morrison says the ongoing coronation of Glee is a testament to the show's writers. "TV really is a writer's medium, and they are just so amazingly consistent," he tells USA TODAY's Marco R. della Cava. "They allow us to continue to live up to the public's high expectations."
Morrison says taking on the Donald O'Connor role in Glee's version of Make Them Laugh from Singing In The Rain caused him to push his boundaries. "That was the biggest joy so far," he says.
Though that may well be eclipsed by the episode the cast is currently shooting. "We're doing our Super Bowl show now, and it will be a wild and crazy episode." How so? "I can tell you that it will have, let's see, football, zombies...and Michael Jackson could be involved." Sounds thrilling.
