Glee's Chris Colfer: Season 3 Storyline 'Makes Me Love Kurt and Blaine Even More'

When I snagged Glee nominee Chris Colfer and his magnificent quiff on their way into Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony last night, he was full of good news.
For one thing, he offered up the scoop on an upcoming “story that never gets told, from a point of view that never gets told.” (Well, until now, obviously). For another, he shared what the future holds for supercouple Kurt and Blaine. (Hint: You’ll like it.) Click below for all the dish.

TV TEASER: Exclusive ‘Glee’ Premiere Clip

We’ll get plenty of Jane Lynch on Sunday when the Glee star hosts the Primetime Emmy Awards. But now, here is she as her tracksuit-loving, glee club-bashing character Sue Sylvester in an exclusive clip from the upcoming third season premiere of Glee, which airs on Tuesday. For the past 2 years, Sue Sylverster has been trying unsuccessfully to shut down the New Directions glee club. Now, she takes her efforts to the state level, making suspending all public school arts programs a cornerstone of her campaign for Congress. Here is the campaign edition of her Sue’s Corner weekly segment on the local Ohio TV station.

First Look at Quinn!

Roll Call: Who's a senior? Who's a junior? Those questions were answered in the first two minutes, as Murphy & Co. promised. Jacob Ben Israel (Josh Sussman), armed with his camera crew, grilled the glee club members on their status. And guess what? Tina (Jenna Ushkowitz) is not the only junior in New Directions. We also meet Mercedes' (Amber Riley) boyfriend (LaMarcus Tinker) right away, and we get a one-line explanation for Sam's (Chord Overstreet) exit. But it looks like all the couples are in tip-top shape and love is truly in the air. Speaking of…

Klaine Is Adorable City, and We Want to Be the Mayor: Blaine (Darren Criss) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) are in full couple mode, and in the beginning of the episode they have a bummer convo about being at separate schools. Yes, Blaine stars out the episode still in his Warblers uniform. And later he busts out a Tom Jones hit wearing a tight (praise Jebus) black shirt and red pants. And that's all we're going to say about that. Speculate.

Wemma Fans, Commence Your Happy Dance: Yes, Will (Matthew Morrison) and Emma (Jayma Mays) are a full-blown couple. Living together, packing each other's lunches and being so cute we could just squeeze the stuffing out of them. We don't find out how the relationship came to this point in the episode, but maybe we will in the next couple weeks? Of course, as happy as they seem (and they do), we find out from Will that there is one thing missing. And according to his plans for himself and Emma, it's a big problem.

Best Couple Ever: Not Finchel: Before everyone threatens to set us on fire for saying that, we just mean that Kurt and Rachel (Lea Michele) are phenomenal together in this episode. Most of the focus is on their dream to go to New York, and while Finn and Rachel are clearly together, we get more Kurt-Rachel stuff, and we loved every second of it. After seeing another group of performers (starring a certain Glee Project contestant) kill a musical number, Kurt and Rachel retire to her car to cry about their dashed dreams. That scene was one of our favorites of the episode: It was funny and emotional, and it really gave Lea and Kurt something special to do together.

The Performances! Oh, the Performances: Seriously, the last number of the episode got us all choked up. It was a fun and upbeat number, but because we're slightly crazy and can find context in anything, we took it as Glee's way of saying: "We're back, and we've still got it."

EXCLUSIVE! Ryan Murphy Screens Glee Season Premiere Early – And We Got To See It! MAJOR Spoilers Ahead!

glee-season-3-premiere-spoilers.jpg

Don't hate us because we're beautiful. Hate us because we know every glorious detail about the season premiere of Glee!
Yes, it’s true. We were one of the select few asked to join creator Ryan Murphy yesterday for a pre-screening of the third season premiere. We thought we could make it until September 20th, but our will was broken after we learned the song list for the episode. Plus, we’re no match for the allure and charm of Darren Criss.
So we went. And we watch … AND WE LOVED IT! And now, we want to share every little detail we learned with you. But first, we have to issue this imperative SPOILER ALERT:
WARNING: MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD FOR THE SEASON PREMIERE OF GLEE - AND BEYOND!!! WE’RE NOT HOLDING ANYTHING BACK. ALL WILL BE REVEALED. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO KNOW, CLOSE YOUR EYES AND SCROLL AWAY!
SCROLL AWAY, SCROLL AWAY!

Major ‘Glee’ spoilers from TV Guide Canada!

SPOILERS ALERT!

Creator Ryan Murphy gives us the scoop on Season 3
Like a teenager who had a growth spurt over the summer, the Season 3 premiere of Glee boasts a dizzying amount of changes.

At a screening on Thursday in Los Angeles, creator Ryan Murphy handily shared some spoilers, such as the possible return of Gwyneth Paltrow in her Emmy-winning role as substitute teacher Holly Holliday; the Episode 2 return of Broadway star Idina Menzel as Shelby, Rachel’s biological mother and adoptive mom of Quinn and Puck’s baby; and a two-hour tribute in the spring.

'Glee' Season 3 Scoop: Details On the Premiere, 'Glee Project' Roles & What's Next

I got a chance to preview the 'Glee' Season 3 premiere episode (Tues., Sept. 20, 8PM ET on Fox), and it looks nothing like 'Glee' Season 2 ... in a good way.

Co-creator Ryan Murphy was on hand at the screening to talk about getting back to basics with the show -- more focus on the core group of characters and the show, and less about movies, products and mall tours. "Things took a bit of a nasty turn," Murphy admits when talking about the hiccups of Season 2. With all the other stuff going on, the show lost its way a bit (OK, a lot) and they know it. "Frankly I think the fans resented it."

'Glee' Season 3

Now it appears to be somewhat back on track with a season premiere that made me laugh, sing along a bit and, most importantly, start to care about these characters again.

I don't want to spoil anything for fans, but after the jump there are a few teases and some scoop on who's sticking around, who's returning and a few surprise guest stars fans will really love. There's also a well-marked spoiler or two for those of you who just can't get enough 'Glee.'
