'Glee' star Cory Monteith's teenage years were nothing like those of his on screen character Finn Hudson.
While Finn is a wholesome quarterback who thought he could get his girlfriend pregnant just by being in a spa with her, Cory's teenage years were much wilder.
Cory dropped out of high school when he was 14, and started drinking and committing petty crimes!
But he is usually reluctant to talk about his past in interviews, because he doesn't want to give kids the impression that being a rebellious teenager automatically leads to being a famous actor.
Cory told GQ magazine, "You have to really look to get into trouble in Victoria but I was industrious. Skipping school. Drinking. All that kind of c**p. Things started off innocent like that. I definitely found myself in some places that I'm very fortunate I came back from...
"(But) the last thing I want to do is kind of imply to (interview) readers in high school that you too can drop out and be an actor and get on a big show and be famous and make a s**tload of money."
Wow we never would have thought Cory Monteith was so wild! He seems so innocent on 'Glee'!
