'She should appear in Glee': Matthew Morrison advises Cheryl Cole on how to crack the US

It's good to see that not all Americans have given up on Cheryl Cole making it across the Pond.

Take Matthew Morrison for example who thinks the singer has still got what it takes - as long as she appears on Glee.
Morrison, who plays teacher Will Schuester in the hit TV show, said it would be a good way for the pop star to win over US audiences.

Speaking to Reveal magazine, he said he thought she was a talented girl, despite being dropped from the X Factor USA.
He said: 'Cheryl is on the front of every newspaper and magazine in the UK. It’s not the same in America, but I still think she can crack it over there. She is a talented girl.'
And the 32-year-old actor added that making an appearance on his show would be a great way to make a name for herself in the US.

He added: 'Appearing in Glee would be a good way for Cheryl to crack America.
'She was part of Fox when she was involved in US X Factor – they also make Glee. Maybe she will get an appearance – you never know!'
Last month, Matthew told heat magazine that he didn't know anything about Cheryl but thought she would be good for the X Factor USA.

He said: 'I don’t know too much about her, but she was a judge in the UK. And she’s a singer so she knows what she’s talking about. So I think she’ll be wonderful.'
Unfortunately for Cheryl, her American dream ended as soon as it started after she was sacked amid claims that the Americans couldn't understand her Geordie accent.
Matthew also told Reveal that she wasn't the only British star that he would like to see make an appearance on the show.
He said: 'I’d love to get Sienna Miller on the show. Keira Knightley would also be good. She can sing right? Well she’d still be good even if she can’t.'

Matthew performed in London last week at the Hammersmith Apollo and told the magazine that he loves the UK, especially the capital - and the women.
He said: 'I love London and British women. I’m recognised here all the time and ladies are always nice.
'I get a lot of marriage proposals actually, which is sweet.'
