The model, 30, was spotted giggling and whispering until after midnight over dinner with Matthew Morrison, 31, who plays director Will Schuester in the hit US telly musical.
A fellow diner at stylish London restaurant The Wolseley said: "Matthew kept whispering in Kelly's ear and she was giggling like a schoolgirl. They looked extremely friendly - like they were on a date."
Kelly is believed to have split with toyboy Danny Cipriani, 22, following a series of rows over his move to Australia to play for Melbourne Rebels.
The beauty - who stripped for a £340,000 Playboy shoot on Friday - spent two hours with Matthew on Saturday night at the eaterie in Piccadilly.
The diner said: "Kelly looked absolutely gorgeous in an elegant dress. You could see Matthew was proud to be with her.
Yesterday Kelly's agent said she met Matthew in LA, but insisted they were just pals.
