Kings of Leon, you've got some company.
Jared Followill caused a minor stir in August when he revealed that his band had turned down requests to have their music covered on Glee, and now Gorillaz front man Damon Albarn says he'd do the same thing.
"We wouldn't let that happen," Albarn told the Associated Press. "And not that they've asked us because they haven't, and now they definitely won't."
Calling the Glee chart-toppers "a very poor substitute for the real thing," Albarn looked askance at artists, including Paul McCartney, who are clamoring to have their music featured on the show: "Those songs won't last like the Beatles by any stretch of their imagination," he said.
"They'll be forgotten in a few years' time." Too bad, because we could really see Heather Morris nailing the "Get the cool shoeshine" part of "19-2000."
