Jayma Mays’ Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter (creamy and crunchy both work)
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg (room temperature)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1+ cup chocolate chips (I usually mix chocolate and butterscotch chips together OR put a chocolate kiss in the middle after I take them from the oven)
1. Preheat oven 350°.
2. Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well, then add chips (sometimes the dough looks flakey, do not fear they will still taste great!).
3. Drop dough on parchment paper (I roll small balls of it).
4. Cook for 12-14 minutes until puffed and lightly browned. Don't overcook them. They should be soft when you take them out. Let cool before you eat.
