Julia Roberts told "Extra" correspondent Jerry Penacoli that there was "no" way she would consider a guest appearance on "Glee," in an interview aired Wednesday.
The FOX musical hit's star Lea Michele said Roberts, 43, would be her ideal guest star. The "Eat Pray Love" and "Pretty Woman" actress stars in the upcoming "Fireflies in the Garden," a three-generation family saga directed by Dennis Lee and co-starring Ryan Reynolds, 34, and Willem Dafoe, 56. Though it premiered at the Berlin Film Festival in 2008, its U.S. premiere is Friday.
Roberts had this to say of Reynolds, the "Green Lantern" star and one-time People Sexiest Man Alive: "He's so great. He is such a full-blown actor in this movie."
Roberts was surprised to hear that her 1990 film "Flatliners," directed by Joel Schumacher and co-starring Keifer Sutherland, Billy Baldwin and Kevin Bacon as scientists experimenting with near-death experiences, is being remade.
"They are? That seems quick. Didn't we just make that movie?" asked Roberts, who won an Oscar in 2000 for "Erin Brockovich."
Roberts proved more excited about her villainous turn in the upcoming role of the Evil Queen in 2012's "Snow White": "I don't know what I was doing, but it was pretty delicious." She said her children, Hazel, Phinnaeus and Henry "[don't] really know I was the Evil Queen. They just know I was being a queen-kind-of-person at work, but they're too little for it, and I think it would be disturbing."
