Glee star Max Adler is all about helping out a good cause!
The actor took some time out of his busy schedule recently to participate in Walk ‘n’ Roll, an event benefiting FSH (FacioScapuloHumeral) Muscular Dystrophy. Held in Irvine, Calif. hundreds came out to support Max and raise awareness for this disease.
So, why is this particular charity work near and dear to Max’s heart?’
Max participated for both his mother grandmother who suffer from the disease.
When asked about his involvement, Max said:
“I wanted to get involved with FSH because though it is the most prevalent form of Muscular Dystrophy it is vastly unknown to the public. Researchers are so close to a treatment, so hopefully with this event we can help them get there sooner.”
