Gleek fan's delight as Glee producers use her skit idea in hit musical show (even though she got no credit for it)

A teen Glee fan has told of her shock after she gave star Corey Monteith a letter with her idea for a talk show - only to later see an exact copy of it on the series.

Teresa Musumeci went to see the Glee Live show on stage in New York last May, with the mission of meeting some of the actors.

Worried about being too nervous to talk if she did run into Monteith, her favourite, she wrote him a letter.
Amazed: Teen Glee fan Teresa Musumeci was amazed after producers used her idea for a segment on the show

GLAAD asks Fox channel in Houston for apology after 'extremist' report on gay characters on 'Glee'

The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) has asked a Fox affiliate in Houston for a formal apology after their news broadcast aired a segment criticizing Glee‘s portrayal of gay teens. Last week, Glee aired a special 90-minute episode inspired by Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way” and devoted to teaching the series’ characters to celebrate what makes them unique.

After the broadcast, Houston Fox affiliate KRIV-26 aired a segment called “Is TV Too Gay?” which focused on whether or not shows like Glee “delve too much into homosexual relationships.” One of the panelists, Bryan Fischer from the American Family Association, reprimanded Glee for portraying homosexuality which, in his words, “is conduct that bears enormous psychological and physical risk to those that engage in it.”

GLAAD says that the channel has yet to issue a formal apology, and claims KRIV-26 initially seemed remorseful about the segment but now stands behind it.

Spoiler Chat: Find Out About the Glee Moment You Didn't See in the New York Photos!

SPOILER ALERT!!
You might think you know everything about Glee's New York episode because of your in-depth CIA-like analysis of the photo intelligence, but there are a few Big Apple episode details that only we can share!

thepostite: Any Glee scoop regarding Brittany/Santana? #brittana
Brittany (Heather Morris), either intentionally or stupidly, does something that really pisses Santana (Naya Rivera) off. Not the best news for Brittana fans, but keep the hope alive for just a few more episodes, mmmkay?

DeGleek: Saw that some amazing Finchel scenes were filmed in NYC. Anything you guys can tell us about that?
The best Finn-Rachel scenes, at least in our humble opinions, have not been photographed yet. That's right. The photos you've seen thus far? Not even the best that's yet to come!

phb34: Please tell us that Fuinn will start to unravel....need Finchel happiness again!
Unravel is the perfect word for what's about to happen to Quinn (Dianna Agron) and Finn (Cory Monteith). Of course, it won't unravel in a nice, straight line. More like a tangled web.

xcalilax: Any chance of some Glee scoop?
You know the gang is going to NYC for nationals, but now we're worried that someone might not make it to the show on time. Producers are casting for an actor to play a nice, slightly overweight security guard at a New York City theater. You know what guards do, don't you? They keep people out of theaters where they need to be singing!

Glee-Dux: "Born This Way" Brings It Big-Time—Plus We Bring You NYC Scoop!

SPOILER ALERT!!
Holy Groff! It's like the writers over at Glee said to themselves, "Well, since the first episode back didn't really have anything exciting, we should shove all the good stuff into the episode after!" And boy, did they.

"Born This Way" was not only an extra-long episode of Glee, it was also full of revelations, flashy numbers, and scenes that covered pretty much every fan-favorite pairing. Since this was a super-sized episode, you know I had to write a super-sized Glee-Dux! Plus, I got some goods on what's going down up in New York City…

Spoiler Chat: Will They Reshoot the Glee

Amanda: Are they reshooting the Glee prom?
Darren Criss told us a little about the prom at a press event for the Warblers album saying, "We had a blast [shooting the prom]. Oh my god, we had these really, really long shooting days, three days in a row. And it was so much fun because it was really beautiful outside and everyone's dressed up. That was probably the funnest shooting days we had. They were really long, but we had lots of food and lots of just games—we were playing basketball. We had a blast." So has he heard that they might have to go back and film new versions of those scenes? Says Criss: "No, I haven't. That would be a pain. We worked so hard. Jeez. That would suck. Let's hope that's not the case."

RachaelHeather1: Glee in NYC! With all this filming outside, what's going on?
Glee is going big time! When you film in NYC, you've got to do it right. And that's exactly what's going on. From what we gathered…the numbers outside in the streets of New York may outnumber the numbers performed indoors!

monsterfan13: What's coming up for Finchel in future episodes? Can we expect some New York action?
Well, they do say New York is the city of love! What? They don't say that? Could've fooled us with the way we hear Finn and Rachel will be acting toward each other during Nationals. Now, Glee NYC photo party!
